• It is not fully compatible with extremely narrow plugs or extremely wide cables.

• For setups requiring angled microphone stands (as shown in some images) where cables need to be positioned overhead or extended over equipment (not just in vertical arrangement), an additional adapter such as the Gravity MSQT 1 B quick-tilt ball adapter is necessary. Shipping Options & Times

• UPS Express: 2-4 business days worldwide after 1-3 business days for preparation.
• Economy Shipping:
  • US, Canada, Overseas: 2-3 weeks after 1-3 business days of preparation.
  • Europe: 1 week after 1-3 business days of preparation.

General Shipping Guidelines

• All orders include a tracking number. We use only tracked shipping methods.
• If your package is marked as shipped but hasn’t arrived: Check around your door, with your local post office or delivery company, or with neighbors.
• If the package returns to us due to unsuccessful delivery, a new shipping fee is required for resending.
• If tracking status doesn’t update for over 30 days, we will initiate an official search based on the shipping provider’s procedures.
